1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FlowPigment ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

FlowPigment provides a watercolor image conversion service. The Service is available on a free tier (limited conversions) and paid subscription tiers with higher limits.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You may delete your account at any time via the Dashboard.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Upload images that are illegal, infringe third-party intellectual property, or contain explicit content
  • Attempt to circumvent usage limits through automated scripts or multiple accounts
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
  • Use the Service to train competing machine learning models

5. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to images you upload. FlowPigment claims no ownership over your original photos or the watercolor outputs generated from them.

The FlowPigment software, branding, and interface design are the intellectual property of FlowPigment and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

6. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed on an anniversary basis (monthly or annual) via Razorpay. Unused conversion quota does not carry forward between billing periods. See our Refund Policy for information on cancellations and refunds.

7. Limitation of Liability

FlowPigment is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 30 days preceding the claim.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
