Refund Policy

Overview
We want you to be satisfied with FlowPigment. This policy explains when refunds are available and how to request one.
Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Dashboard. Upon cancellation:
- Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.
- You will not be charged for the next billing cycle.
- Unused conversion quota is not refunded or carried forward.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are considered in the following circumstances:
- Technical failure — if a confirmed bug on our side prevented you from using the service for a significant portion of your billing period, we will issue a pro-rated refund.
- Double charge — if you were charged twice for the same period, the duplicate charge will be refunded in full.
- 7-day new subscriber window — if you subscribed within the last 7 days and have used fewer than 10 conversions, you may request a full refund.
Non-Refundable Cases
- Subscriptions cancelled after the 7-day window where the service was used normally
- Dissatisfaction with watercolor output quality (we encourage you to use the free tier before subscribing)
- Forgetting to cancel before a renewal date
How to Request a Refund
Email billing@flowpigment.com with:
- Your registered email address
- The Razorpay payment ID (visible in your email receipt)
- A brief description of your reason for requesting a refund
We will review and respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
